FAQ

1. What is the form of payment do we have?

After signing the contract, you are required to transfered full of fee to our company account. We current have three options to make a payment for you, please refer to the “Payment options” above.

2. If the quality of service is not met, how will it be handled?

We are providing our Account managers’ hotlines so you can call and comment directly with the company’s management team.

3. How to upgrade our current plan ?

Customers could notify to upgrade your current plan to higher plan in and only in one year contract. You only need to pay a rest of extra fee for your new service from the day it applied. Please send an email or written notice before suspending the service five (5) business days.

4. What if I want to terminate the service?

Customers need to notify us in advance to finish the service at least fourteen (14) working days so that we can hand over the processing products. A penalty charge up to 20% contract’s value might applied in this case.

5. What are three (3) days of service kick-off?

After signing the contract and paying for the first service month, we give you three (3) days to kick-of service to familiarize the with our service. We also arrange our staff to train your team in creating effective briefs on Trello application.

6. What is Trello? How to use it ?

Trello is a collaboration tool that organizes your projects into boards. In one glance, Trello tells you what’s being worked on, who’s working on what, and where something is in a process.

7. How Premium’s client could be supported by Art Director?

Our art director will support you to make the design concept based on your requirements and expectations. For the content of the documents, we will assist you to review and giving advise to the content accordingly based on the documents you provide. Please note, this service does not include content translation.

8. Which factors will be considered to evaluate results and quality of work ?

We always rely on the final brief, which is finalizing by Trello or Email. Any mistake will be reflected on this brief and description. In case you are not satisfied with the design and design ideas, we will modify it until it meets with your expectation.
